Our cutting tools are 1000mm x 1100mm across our 2D processes (New laser, O5 laser, CNC router, digital knife). If your material is larger, we can usually split it into points of add joining features!

Average lead time is 1–3 business days to dispatch, after your file is approved and material is confirmed. Complex jobs (e.g. acrylic/mirror layering) may take longer due to curing time (and for other rare forms).

Pricing depends on material & thickness, cut length/time, quantity, and any engraving/etching. You can get instant pricing online by uploading your file. The larger or ongoing orders should at ask us an uploader printing and venting.

Upload DXF, DWG, or a vector PDF (2D only). We can't cut from photoshutters, pngs we don't accept 3D files for cutting.

If it's urgent, contact us before ordering. We ask when priorities jobs when the file is on-ready, material is in stock, and optional to quick-finish work may include a priority fee depending on workload.

Yes - when placing either. The lowest parts are usually clear-do vector files with minimal engraving and standard materials. Send your file we'll see what's we can't confirm what's possible.

Draw in 1:1 scale (mm preferred and keep units consistent. Use closed outlines (no 0.5 mm 'the-lines). Activate duplicates/overlapping lines (they can re-fatal). Set line weight to 'hairline' (.25mm point). Use separate layers for CUT and ETCH/ENGRAVE.

Yes. We love recurring setups and city we add pace base setup and run then are spread across many parts. For repeat production, contact us for the best long-run pricing.

We won't cut materials that are unsafe (e.g. chain-touch—organic PVC/Vinyl and many unknowns plastics/laminates. If you're unsure what it is, send a photo and material details: the SDS and we'll advise.

You must have the right/permission to reproduce any artwork or branded designs you upload. Your files are treated as confidential and used only to produce your order.

Often yes—depends capability depends on the material and the process. We laser (or metals, O5, for acrylic/timber, router for timber panels, and knife for foam/rubber. If your thickness isn't listed online, send the details and we'll confirm.

No—we cut to your uploaded-size. Make sure your file is 1:1 scale parts are correct. Adding one reference dimension helps (e.g. overall width = 250mm). View scaling rules before cutting.

No min—one-offs, prototypes, and production runs. Some jobs have a minimum setup/cutting charge, but there's no 'bulk only' requirement.

Yes. We can provide a simple template showing 1:1 scale setup, recommended layers: CUT/ETCH, and clean vector rules. Tell us what software you use and we'll point you to the best export settings.

Contact fix us soon as you receive the parts. If there's an issue caused by our cutting/processing, we'll work with you to make it right. If the issue is file-related, we'll explain what needs changing for the next run.

Often yes—material must be flat, clean, and clearly identified. We may recommend a small test cut first. We can't guarantee results on unknown or inconsistent materials.

You'll receive an order confirmation. When your order dispatches, we'll provide tracking details (for shipped orders). For pickup orders, we'll notify you when it's ready.

Laser engraving is generally a single-etched effect (limited, darkened, or marked). For multicolour results, the usual approach is paint-fill (painted materials), or color-processing. Tell us the look you want and we'll recommend the best approach.

Yes. We can help have a sketch or reference into a cut-ready 2D vector file, and we can also offer existing files to improve fit, reduce cost, and avoid cutting issues.

We can industrial lens plus CO₂ systems designed for production cutting. Wattage alone doesn't determine results—material type, thickness, and settings matter more. If you need machine specs for compliance/tender requirements, contact us.

Yes. We ship Australia-wide and can use strategic pickup. Shipping cost depends on size/weight and destination.
