Materials we 3D print

We focus on proven polymer materials that work well for signage, interiors and display work – easy to finish, lightweight and cost-effective.

Internal production limits for flat cutting

PLA / PLA+

  • Great for large display models and dimensional lettering.
  • Stable, low-warp material for visually focused parts.
  • Ideal where parts will be primed and painted.

PETG / ASA

  • Improved impact and temperature resistance.
  • Suitable for parts in tougher environments.
  • Good option for architectural and exterior details.

ABS & flexible polymers

  • ABS for parts that need post-processing and smoothing.
  • Flexible options (where suitable) for gaskets, bumpers and soft details.
  • Job-specific selection based on application.

Capabilities at a glance

Process & build volume

  • Multiple FDM / FFF polymer 3D printers for production flexibility.

FAQ

No. We focus on polymer-based 3D printing for signage, interiors, architectural details, events and commercial display work. We do not print metal, medical or complex engineering-grade components.

Our largest build volume is approximately 800 × 800 × 500 mm in a single piece. Larger projects can often be split into sections and joined after printing.

Yes. We can UV direct print onto suitable surfaces and provide 2-pack spray painting in custom colours and finishes, including primers and clear coats.

STL or OBJ files are ideal, along with overall dimensions, quantities, any desired material, and notes on whether the parts will be painted or printed. Reference photos or sketches of the final look also help us quote correctly.

Lead-times depend on part size, complexity and finishing. With multiple machines we can usually accommodate tight commercial deadlines – send us your project details and required date and we will confirm what is achievable.
