We typically process MDF and moisture resistant MDF sheets in standard trade thicknesses and sheet sizes. The table below reflects thicknesses we commonly cut. Exact availability depends on grade, core type and supplier, and can be confirmed when quoting.

For CNC-routed MDF parts, allow for router tool diameter on internal corners, avoid very narrow webs that could break during machining, and clearly show hinge and hardware positions. Confirm finished sizes after edge-banding or laminates if these affect clearances between doors and panels.

Standard MDF is ideal for dry areas and detailed routing, especially where panels will be painted or laminated. Moisture resistant MDF (MR MDF) is better for kitchens, bathrooms and areas exposed to humidity. We can help match the MDF grade to the environment and finish requirements of your project.

MDF components are heavy and benefit from logical packing. We typically stack and strap panels, then pack in cartons or on pallets depending on size and quantity. For larger jobs, we can sequence loads to match site stages so the right cabinets and panels arrive at the right time.

Most MDF cutting jobs dispatch in 1–5 business days once artwork, materials and quantities are confirmed. Larger fitouts, multi-site rollouts or complex cabinet libraries may take longer, but we will confirm realistic timeframes before you commit.
