DXF and DWG are ideal for flat profiles. Export in millimetres at 1:1 scale, remove duplicated geometry and ensure holes and cut-outs are closed shapes. If you work from BIM tools, a clean 2D export of the plate profile is typically all we need to quote and cut.

We can cut boards and sheet up to 1500mm x 3000mm. For larger items, we can tile the design into manageable sections, add splice plates and keep assembly straightforward on site. For batches, smart nesting reduces waste and helps keep unit pricing predictable.
